The Yazoo Delta Mortgage Company sued the appellees A. J. Mosley, J. H. Johnson, Ed Brewer, Earl Brewer, S. A. Corley, H. T. Allen, W, B. Nichols, W. P. Baker, W. Gr. Harlow, E. J. Mullens, Jr., B. N. McWilliams, and E. L. Anderson upon a promissory note payable to the Planters’ Bank of Clarksdale, or bearer, for the sum of eleven thousand six hundred thirty-nine, dollars and fifteen cents, with interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum after date until paid, and reasonable attorney’s fees for collection if not paid when due.
