MEMORANDUM OPINION

FARNAN, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is a Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Admiralty Jurisdiction (D.I. 20) filed by Defendant, Slingshot Sports LLC. For the reasons discussed, the Court will deny Defendant’s Motion.

I. Background

Plaintiff, a resident of the State of Maryland, originally filed this action in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on July 24, 2007, against Defendant, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington.
