MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

McCURN, Chief Judge.

Introduction

The plaintiff is the owner of a United States patent for certain design aspects of dome-shaped storage structures. The plaintiff has commenced suit against numerous corporate and individual defendants, alleging that they willfully infringed on his patent and contributed to its infringement by others, and that the defendant Storex Systems, Inc., has breached a licensing agreement for the use of plaintiffs patent.
