—Injunction. Defendant had judgment, from which and from the order denying its motion for a new trial plaintiff appeals. Plaintiff and defendant are corporations engaged in transporting freight and passengers by river between the city of Stockton and the city of San Francisco and intermediate points. About June 1, 1897, plaintiff became lessee of a certain piece of land situate on Eoberts Island, in San Joaquin county, known as Wakefield’s Landing, the same being a portion of the so-called Wakefield ranch, adjacent to the San Joaquin river.
