dissents and votes to dismiss the appeal, with the following memorandum, in which Kooper, J., concurs: I dissent insofar as the majority entertains a review of the denial of defendant’s motion to suppress. The defendant, for a substantial inducement upon a negotiated plea and promised sentence, waived the right to seek review of the adverse suppression ruling on an appeal from the judgment of conviction.
