In a proceeding to examine certain corporate books and records, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 23, 1976, which, inter alia, adjudged appellants to be in contempt of court. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. This appeal involves a contempt proceeding commenced by notice of motion. The proceeding was commenced under former section 757 of the Judiciary Law.
