The plaintiff is a religious corporation, duly organized under the statute, and has been in existence since the 9th day of March, 1841. The certificate of incorporation provides for six trustees, and the temporal!*172ties of the church consist of a house of worship, at Port Richmond in the county of Richmond, of the value of $4000 or thereabouts, and the book containing the records and proceedings of the board of trustees.
