MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Chapter 13 trustee objected to the confirmation of debtor Patricia Satter-white’s Chapter 13 plan and to her claim of exemption for a military pension awarded her in the dissolution of her marriage. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B) and (L) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1).
