The appellant in this criminal case was charged with driving while intoxicated. He filed a motion to suppress all evidence obtained subsequent to his stop and arrest, alleging that the City of Waldron police officers acted outside their territorial jurisdiction, and that they lacked probable cause to stop him because they never observed him commit any traffic violation.
