SUMMARY ORDER
Wen Fui Liu, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, seeks review of a December 9, 2005 order of the BIA affirming the November 4, 2004 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) William F. Jenkin denying Liu’s applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
