This action was commenced by Alexander J. Irwin, plaintiff, against the Keokuk Savings Bank & Trust Company, defendant, in January, 1932, to recover a bequest of 15,000 given plaintiff under the will of A. E. Johnstone, deceased. The petition alleged that the bequest was never paid to or received by the plaintiff, and he asks judgment against the defendant therefor.
