Before the Court is the 28 U.S.C. § 2241 Habeas Corpus Petition filed by Karen Jamileth Hidalgo-Mejia ("Petitioner") (ECF No. 1), and Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Injunctive Relief (ECF No. 2). Respondents have filed their response, along with attachments, under seal. (ECF No. 12).
