Plaintiff-appellant Toporoff Engineers, P.C. (“Toporoff’) appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Nicholas Tsoucalas, Judge, Court of International Trade, sitting by designation) granting defendants’ motion to set aside a jury verdict in Toporoff s favor, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(b).
