The issue before us on this appeal is whether a private university may deny enrollment to one who has demonstrated by fraudulent and deceitful conduct that he lacks the character, the honesty and the integrity expected of a student at an institution of higher learning. On this record, we do not perceive any basis to interfere with the reasoned judgment of respondents, taking into account that petitioner has, for an extended period of time, used every conceivable device to retain his university housing.
