Michael Van Amburg, a farm owner, and Alvin Cain, his tenant, appellees, instituted a suit in the circuit court of Union county to enjoin William and James Reynolds, appellants, from closing and obstructing a certain roadway. The complaint alleged the road had been continuously traveled by the public, appellees and their grantors for more than twenty years; that such user was adverse, open, notorious and was with the knowledge of appellants.
