Appellant Gertrud Moreno challenges the plea to the jurisdiction and summary judgment granted in favor of appellee Texas A & M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) on Moreno’s claim for retaliatory discharge under the Texas Whistleblowers Act. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 554.002 (West 2004).
