¶ 29. The majority finds that Jefferson Davis County Justice Court Judge Johnny C. Hartzog’s conduct in today’s case constituted willful misconduct in office, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the judicial office into disrepute. I agree.4 The majority con-*1198eludes that the appropriate sanction for Judge Hartzog’s conduct in today’s case is a public reprimand, suspension from office for a period of six months without pay, and assessment of costs.
