The defendant in error has filed a motion for rehearing, wherein it discusses three questions, all of which we will note briefly in the order in which they are presented in the motion.

The first, question challenges the correctness of the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals, and our own approving this part of the opinion, to the effect that under the facts developed on the trial of the case the offer of the reward was an inducing cause to the performance of the services by the plaintiffs in error.
