RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

The petitioner-appellant, Theodore W. Mi-kolon, Jr., collaterally attacks his 1983 sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Mr. Mikolon is dissatisfied that three of his fellow coconspirators, who received longer sentences of incarceration than he, already have been paroled. Mr. Mikolon remains in prison. Specifically, he submits that certain government charts in his presentence report inaccurately reflect his participation in the crimes for which he was convicted.
