This is an action to compel the Township Trustee of Garfield Township, in Finney County, and the Board of County Commissioners of the county, *300to levy a tax to pay the interest coupons, and create a sinking fund for the payment of the principal, of certain refunding bonds issued by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County and held by the plaintiff. This case has already been considered on a motion to quash the alternative writ of mandamus, and the decision rendered thereon is reported in 54 Kan. 463.
