This is an action for an injunction and damages, in which the defendant has interposed a counterclaim for an injunction.
Plaintiff, a commercial fishing company, is the owner of a tract of land located south of the Montauk Highway and bordering on a stream known as Orowoc Creek in the town of Islip, county of Suffolk, New York.
