This action was brought to determine an adverse *200interest in certain real estate described in the plaintiff’s complaint. The case was tried below without a jury, and resulted in the entry of a judgment m.tiie defendant's iavor. from such judgment the plaintiffs nave appealed to this court, and in the settled statement ot the case the plaintiffs have demanded a retrial m this court of ail tne issues in the case.
