| ¡.The defendant, Kevin Strahan, was charged with offenses in two separately filed bills of information in the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court. In the first bill of information filed under docket number 367,206, the defendant was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966 A(l); and one count of possession of a firearm, a violation of La. R.S. 14:95 E.1 The charge of possession of a firearm was subsequently dismissed.
