The administrator of the estate of David Benjamin Douglas, deceased, as plaintiff below, sued The Washington Terminal Company, as defendant, to recover damages because of the death of the intestate, occurring on July 25, 1922, at the Union Station in Washington, D. C., which according to plaintiff’s claim resulted from the negligent acts and omissions of defendant’s employees, while the deceased was acting as-an extra conductor and brakeman in the employ of the defendant.
