They are:(1) Does the Appellate Procedure Act of 1935 govern an appeal to the Common Pleas Court from the decision of a municipal civil service commission?(2) If so, have its provisions been complied with, so as to give the Court of Common Pleas jurisdiction to review the civil service commission’s decision in this case?(3) If the jurisdiction of the Common Pleas Court was properly invoked, what are the limits of that jurisdiction?
