This suit was brought against the administrators of J. Thomas Bradford by Joseph M. Street, who is described in the pleadings as “Trustee of Henry H. Bradford,” to re-. *276cover a sum of money alleged to be due the latter by J. Thomas Bradford, in his lifetime.
