Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jerome W. Marks, J., at Wade hearing, nonjury trial and sentence), rendered November 10, 1986, convicting defendant of rape in the first degree and robbery in the the third degree and sentencing him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 6 to 12 years and 2 to 4 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
