(Employer) cross-appeal from the September 30, 1993 order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board reversing the referee’s award of specific loss benefits to Claimant pursuant to Section 306(c) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act), Act of *721June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. § 513(8).
