In this appeal, we review an order denying a motion to recuse and levying sanctions against the movant and her attorney. Jennifer Lugo brings four issues for determination. She generally contends that the judge assigned to hear her motion erred when he refused to exclude witnesses, failed to grant her recusal request, and levied sanctions against her and her counsel. Mark Sampley brings two cross-points contending Lugo has waived all error and her appeal is frivolous. After reviewing the record on appeal, we affirm the trial court’s order with respect to both…
