The appellee, Nathaniel Murray, was discharged from his employment with the appellant, Arlington Hotel, on January 25,1981. Heapplied for unemployment benefits which were denied by the agency on finding that he had been discharged because of misconduct in connection with his work. The Appeal Tribunal affirmed but the Board of Review reversed the determination, finding that he had been discharged for reasons other than misconduct connected with his work.
