Cross appeals from a second amended order of the Family Court of Albany County (Maney, J.), entered June 3, 1999, which, inter alia, partially granted respondent’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to terminate spousal support!

The parties were married in 1987 and separated in April 1998. They have three children. On May 1, 1998, petitioner filed a petition under Family Court Act article 4 seeking support for herself and for the children.
