SHIELDS, Judge.

Defendant-appellant Jimmy J. Warner appeals his conviction of Driving Under the Influence, Second Offense 1 raising the following issues:(1) whether a town marshal is authorized to effect an arrest outside the geographic limits of the town in which he is employed; and(2) whether the trial court erred in admitting a certified “computer printout” of Warner’s driving record.
