Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), rendered November 15, 2013, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal sexual act in the third degree (six counts).
Defendant was charged by indictment with criminal sexual act in the third degree (six counts), stemming from allegations that he engaged in oral sexual conduct with a 16-year-old (here inafter the victim) on six separate occasions.
