delivered the opinion of the Court.
The Rio Grande de Loiza is a common boundary between the lands of the parties in this litigation. The plaintiff is the owner of a property south of the river. The defendant of one to the north. With the flow of time and of the waters of the river, the erosive action of the current has changed the course of the river at the expense of plaintiff’s lands.
