This matter comes before the Court on the motion of First Nationwide Bank (“FNB”) which seeks to terminate the automatic stay pursuant to § 362(d)(1) and (2) and to enjoin the Debtors, B & B West 164th Street Corp. and B & B West 165th Street Corp. (“164th” and “165th” individually or “the Debtors” jointly) from using cash collateral. The Debtors have each filed a motion seeking permission to use the cash collateral.
