This was an action brought by the plaintiffs against the defendants to recover the possession of eleven barrels of sugar, *173of the alleged value of $300 00, to which the plaintiffs claimed title. On the trial of the case, the jury, under the charge of the court, found a verdict for the plaintiifs for the sum of $292 90. The defendants made a motion for a new trial on the several grounds therein fet forth, which was overruled by the court, and the defendants excepted.
