This is a controversy over the custody of a child named William W. Hammond, who was born in Omaha, June *86126, 1918. Plaintiff is the mother and defendant the father of the child. The action is one for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. A decree in favor of plaintiff was rendered January 14, 1919, and the custody of the child was committed to defendant’s mother, Katherine Hammond, until the further order of the court.
