Thomas D. O’Leary appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed a decision of a referee denying his application for *331benefits under The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act.1
The sole issue is whether there is substantial evidence to support the referees finding that O’Leary’s injury in 1982 did not constitute an aggravation of his injury in 1978.
