¶ 1. This case comes before us on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to Wis. Stat. § (Rule) 809.61 (2001-02).1 Richard Lorenz and Lorenz Land Development, Inc. (Lorenz) seek review of an order of the Circuit Court for Calumet County, Donald A. Poppy, Judge, granting Intervenor Pekin Insurance Company's (Pekin) motion for summary judgment.
