ALMON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of final settlement of the estate of William Pelzer Arrington.

Alabama National Bank of Montgomery, as executor of the estate of William Pelzer Arrington, filed a petition for a final settlement of the estate in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County on August 22, 1980. Pursuant to that petition, the Circuit Court issued a decree of final settlement on November 7, 1980.
