— Order unanimously reversed, with costs, and matter remitted to Cattaraugus County Family Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Respondent left his wife and two children in late April, 1978, and she applied to petitioner, the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services, for public assistance. Petitioner began to advance such assistance to the wife and children on May 12, 1978.
