1. In this action to recover for injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendant’s negligence when the plaintiff was riding in an automobile belonging to and driven by her husband, even though, under the evidence, the negligence, if any, on the part of the husband may not have been imputable to the wife, the latter was under a duty not to be negligent herself, and to exercise proper care for her own safety, and, under the evidence as adduced, it was for the jury to determine whether she should have been on the lookout for the street-car (w'ith which the…
