DENTON, Justice.

The Honorable John L. Fashing and the Honorable Enrique H. Pena, both qualified judges in El Paso County, Texas, have petitioned this Court for a writ of mandamus ordering the El Paso County Democratic Executive Committee and its Chairman, Raymond Caballero, to place their names upon the ballot for the Democratic primaries as candidates for nomination to the offices of County Court at Law No. 2 of El Paso County, Texas and the Court of Domestic Relations of El Paso County, Texas, respectively.
