This is a complaint brought by a taxpayer of a school district of the city of New Haven, claiming an injunction to restrain the members and officers of the board of education of that school district from paying out the money of the district for an alleged unlawful pur' pose. The defendants made an answer to the complaint, to which answer the plaintiff demurred. The court overruled the demurrer, found the answer sufficient, and rendered judgment for the defendants to recover their costs.
