^PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Paul Stephan (Defendant), was charged by bill of indictment with the offenses of attempted second degree murder, theft of a vehicle valued over $500.00, and second degree robbery. Defendant originally pled not guilty to the charges but later entered a guilty plea to the charge of second degree robbery as part of a plea bargain in which the State dismissed the charges of attempted second degree murder and theft.
