The plaintiffs in the court below (appellee here) entered into an agreement with defendant (appellant here) whereby plaintiff undertook to endeavor to find a purchaser for lands belonging to defendant at a price named at $25,000, which defendant was offering for sale, for which sefvice plaintiff was to receive a certain commission, on the consummation of a sale of the property to a purchaser furnished by plaintiff.
