DOERNER, Commissioner.

By this action plaintiff sought to recover damages in the amount of $15,000 for personal injuries and property loss resulting from an automobile collision. The accident occurred at approximately 1:00 A.M., on August 25, 1963, at the intersection of Riverview Boulevard and Florissant Avenues in the City of St. Louis, when plaintiff’s car, northbound on Riverview Boulevard, came in contact with defendant’s vehicle which had been southbound on Riverview and was turning left to go east-wardly on Florissant.
