This action was brought by plaintiffs to quiet title to the south half of the northeast quarter of section 12, township 11 north, range 4 west, San Bernardino base and meridian. The case was tried before the court, and findings filed, upon which judgment was entered for defendants. Plaintiffs made a motion for a new trial, which was denied, and bring this appeal from the order.
