This matter is before the Court on Defendant Galaxy Electrical Manufacturing, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, Motion to Transfer Venue and Plaintiff Regent Lighting Corp.’s Motion to Compel Responses to Discovery.
