This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the United States Trustee (the “UST”) for the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee in this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1104(a)(2) and (a)(3). 1 Euros-park Industries, Inc. (“Eurospark” or the “Debtor”) and its sole shareholder, Michael Spiegel, object to the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee.
